Print Cartridges
Some HP and Canon cartridges have a print head in their
composition, their device is described here. If a tri-color cartridge runs out
of ink of one color, you should not wait until the end of ink of other colors,
because the head begins to dry quickly.
Inkjet refilling inAbu Dhabi with the head can be done many times if the head is not damaged
and not dried.
Damage to the cartridge is determined by the printer itself,
as Every HP and Canon printer has a print cartridge troubleshooting feature. If
the printer shows a cartridge malfunction, refilling is not necessary, but a
replacement is required.
Dried nozzles can be diagnosed by tightly pressing the nozzle of the head to the paper - a clear ink mark will remain in the place of
the press.
Ink Cartridges
Some HP and Canon ink cartridges do not have a head and
consist of ink and air compartment with foam rubber, valves, an outlet, and a
stroke to equalize the pressure. Cartridges are cheap, with low reliability,
dry quickly.
Some HP cartridges (933, 950, 951) are also ink tanks, in
which ink is contained in an airtight plastic bag, and ink is supplied from the
cartridge to the head using the pressure generated by the air pump. At the end
of the cartridge, there is an air hole for squeezing ink and an exhaust valve.
These cartridges practically do not dry, because ink contact with air is
minimal.

Some cartridges have a built-in ink pump that pumps ink into
the head and without which the print head will not be cleaned. The ink in these
cartridges are also contained in a sealed plastic bag with an outlet valve.
Original cartridges are reliable, practically do not dry.
Brother ink cartridges are an ink tank with an air and ink
valve. In the middle, there is a window for an optical ink detection sensor.
Rules for
refilling inkjet cartridges
The most important thing is, firstly, to refill the
cartridges with the correct ink, and secondly, the correct dosage.
Refill ink
cartridges
Get familiar with the HP inkjet cartridge with ahead. Do
not refill more ink than the amount indicated on the cartridge. Otherwise, the ink
begins to flow out through the nozzles without any impact and fill the printer.
The air holes in the cartridge cannot be clogged with ink -
they must be dry to ensure that the pressure in the cartridge is balanced
during printing, and if the ink is present in these strokes, it can lead to a small
vacuum, which can interrupt the ink supply, under the action of the capillary
effect.
Do not store the cartridge for a long time without ink. Carefully
handle the conductive paths on the cartridge - they are easily damaged. Use
proven ink to prevent quick drying.
After refilling, black cartridges can be sealed with tape so
that the nozzles do not dry out during storage. HP color cartridges cannot be
glued with anything - inks of different colors in different containers mix
under the capillary effect, and pure color will not work.
Before refueling, make sure that the printer does not block
printing with a refilled cartridge.
Ink
Cartridges
It is important not to overdry the cartridges containing
foam rubber - dried ink forms a hard crust and does not allow new ink to pass
through the nozzles.
The vents must be dry, not drenched with ink. Otherwise,
clogged holes will create additional negative pressure for incoming ink.
·
Do not mix pigment and water-soluble inks.
·
When refueling, fill both ink compartments.
